Ingeo 3D850 PLA is a grade developed for manufacturing 3D printer material. This type exhibits faster crystallization rates and is able to develop improved heat-resistance in 3D printed parts. This low color resin grade demonstrates the best performance in formulated systems designed to enhance toughness or heat-resistance. Compared with our stardand PLA, Ingeo 3D850 PLA Filament made with Ingeo 3D850 have excellent 3D printing characteristics such as precise detail, good adhesion to build plates, less warping or curling,and low odor.

Product Features:

Printing Setting:
1. Printing temperature: 200-230℃
2. Heated bed: 50-60℃
3. Speed: 50-100 mm/sec

General printing tips:
1.Change the nozzle before printing is good way to reduce jam.
2.Finding perfect gap between nozzle and print platform is important to get nice prints. We prefer place A4 paper between gap, if can pull out paper intact with some strength, then it is perfect height.
3.PLA Filament adheres well to acrylic and blue painter’s tape,we prefer use blue tape on the build plate with no raft.
4.Place remitting filament back to original vacuum bag and stock them in a cool and dry place after print. Filament can absorb moisture from air and affect its quality and performance.
5.Better to release filament to original status after print,keep it bend at certain degree on your printer may cause break for next print.

Yes, pla 3D850 could fit for all the 3d pen, as long as they support 1.75 mm filament.

2.What is the different between pla and pla 3d 850?
PLA 3D850 is a premium grade of 3d filament. This filament has a good finish and detail accuracy. Never had any jams or clogs in printing.

3.what’s the best temperature to print this? I’m having clogs arrounding 230℃
From our experiemce, the printing temperature about 190-230℃, For your issue, we suggest to set a lower temperature or make sure the extruder has plenty of airflow.
