3D Printer Conductive PLA Filament
Conductive PLA Filament is special grade of pla material, It is designed for someone who want to connect 3d printing with electronic parts, such as electronic circuit or other Electronic components. This formula contains Natureworks PLA resin, conductive carbon and other addtive. Due to the conductive of this material , conductive pla could be used for circuit, It also can be printed with electronic parts and interactive devices. The surface assistance will be up to 10^4 Ω. In practical terms, if you measure a 10 cm length of 1.75mm filament the resistance will be about 2k-ohm, and 10 cm of 2.85mm filament will measure about 0.8K-ohm. However, conductive pla could be used in duro head 3d printer with standard pla filament, It can be well adhered to them.

General printing tips:
1.Change the nozzle before printing is good way to reduce jam.
2.Finding perfect gap between nozzle and print platform is important to get nice prints. We prefer place A4 paper between gap, if can pull out paper intact with some strength, then it is perfect height.
3.PLA Filament adheres well to acrylic and blue painter’s tape,we prefer use blue tape on the build plate with no raft.
4.Place remitting filament back to original vacuum bag and stock them in a cool and dry place after print. Filament can absorb moisture from air and affect its quality and performance.
5.Better to release filament to original status after print,keep it bend at certain degree on your printer may cause break for next print.
